Getting started?
If you are just getting started or have a few ideas, you'll be asked to fill out this "Preparing to Serve" form.
This evaluation is intended to help you parse your unique talents, drives, and availability in order to live your fullest life of loving service.
Already begun?
If you are already started creating your service project, this "Service Project Register" form will give the Service Leaders some information so they can better serve you.
Your service project will not be uploaded to the register until you and the Service Leaders agree.
